You will be primarily responsible for growing the fibre side of the business across the residential market place.
This is a field-based role covering the Manchester region, where you’ll report to the Director and will be tasked with the following:
- Speaking to landlords, land owners and residents
- Managing a team of 6 field sales people and ensure targets are achieved
- Researching and keeping up to date with prospective business and target industries
- Discuss each residents and business telecommunications needs
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got a background in managing a direct sales team either within telecoms or utilities.
They’ll also need you to have experience of leading a field sales team and exceeding targets.
In addition, you’ll need the following:
- Good management ability
- Confidence and resilience
- A lot of drive and determination
- A real competitive, winning mentality
We need you to be able to travel a lot in the job.

What can I earn?
This Head Of Field Sale position offers a basic salary between £45,000 – £50,000 per annum.
On top of this, there are personal performance and company performance bonuses on offer, where you could receive up to £50,000 per annum.
In addition you’ll get other benefits which include the following:
- Company car/car allowance
- 28 days holiday (inc stats)
