We are seeking to recruit a Head of Sales for a market leading Cruise company that specialise in Cruise packages across the Mediterranean, South Africa and Brazil.
Based in their dynamic London office and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships and business opportunities throughout the UK and Ireland as well as maintaining and servicing existing agents. You will be accountable for ensuring the company meets both passenger sales goal and revenue projections for UK market and increasing brand awareness through the travel trade.
You will ensure the smooth running and delivery of all relationships with key customers, making sure the client is consistently satisfied with the service that is provided. You will also be responsible for providing support to a team of 10 Sales Manager’s to ensure they can develop within the company whilst also offering new ideas to help push that development.
The perfect candidate for the Head of Sales position will have significant experience within the travel or Cruise industry.
You will have strong leadership skills, along with proven experience of managing a team. You will also have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve. You will be a well-presented, strong leader with excellent negotiation skills and have an adaptable personality ensuring you always go the extra mile for success!

The Basic Salary for the Head of Sales position is up to £65,000 dependant on experience.

Predominantly office based, working hours are: Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 18:00pm
A flexible working approach is required due to frequent travel across the UK with possible overseas including overnight stays away from home.
