Our client is a well-established producer of organic, vegan and other superfoods supplying to one of the biggest and well known retailers in the UK. After successful growth in the last 3 years, they have a new requirement for a Head of Sales to drive their European and UK sales forward into other market areas.
This is an exciting opportunity to join my client in the newly created role of Head of Sales and International Key Accounts. As Head of Sales, you will be tasked with developing international markets including Eastern Europe/Scandinavian and Baltic Countries by upselling to their existing clients and by creating new opportunities with new customers.
You will be responsible for the whole lifecycle from point of sale, right through to delivery, working with logistics to manage the delivery processes for each account.
You will lead, develop, support and train the wider sales team ensuring that they follow process and maximise sales performance and opportunity.
You will be an experienced Sales Manager looking for your next career move in to the role of Head of Sales/International Key Accounts who is used to managing a small sales team ensuring that all processes are met and improved as the business grows. Ideally from a manufacturing background in either food, supplements or nutrition, you will be a self-starter with the flexibility to work efficiently with multiple time zones. You will have strong negotiation skills and the ability to travel internationally and UK Wide.
£40,000 – £55,000 Per Annum + Bonus
