Consultant – Health, Safety and CDM
Up to £45,000 + car + pension
I am looking for a Health, Safety and CDM Consultant for a leading multi-disciplined construction and property consultancy based in Oxford.
The CDM Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice both to clients and principle designers alike to ensure each project meets the prevailing regulations laid down by CDM / ACOPS.
Primarily client facing, you will spend a considerable amount of your time working with the relevant Health, Safety & CDM Manager and their team of each project you are working on.
This will include providing support in the preparation of expressions of interest, responses to PQQ’s and fee bids in respect of health, safety & CDM commissions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a consultancy environment providing support to a range of constriction clients in respect of the prevailing CDM / ACOPS regulations.
You will hold registered membership (RMaPS) of the Association for Project Safety (or equivalent) or be prepared to attain within six months of joining the Group. You will also will hold a health and safety qualification – ideally NEBOSH
Possessing demonstrable knowledge and experience of construction and health and safety to be able to identify safe systems of work for construction, operation and maintenance would be advantageous.
Previous design experience would be beneficial
