Job Title: Helpdesk Support/ Admin
Salary: £22k – £30k

Our client is one of the only MSP’s that I have come across that really wants you to develop – they will pay for you to take qualifications and will then reward you with a pay rise when you qualify!
They are a well-respected, specialist IT Services company based in smart offices in Leeds with a highly successful UK presence. They have a reputation for the excellent quality of service and being a rewarding company to work for.
The Helpdesk Support/ Admin position is a hybrid between basic 1st Line Support and general admin duties like ordering office equipment. The team you will be joining receive multiple support tickets from various companies and sectors so you will be very quickly exposed to a wide range of technology and sectors. You will mainly work on the 1st Line Support requests to begin with, but will be involved in various 2nd Line queries relatively quickly.
Once you feel you are ready to progress you are given the opportunity to leave the admin side of your role behind and focus purely on helpdesk support at a 2nd to 3rd Line level. The natural progression from there is 3rd Line project work or becoming a specialist on-site infrastructure engineer.
- 1st Line Support experience
- 1+ years working for an MSP or with an IT company
- Desire to develop an IT career and progress your technical knowledge
