Location: Hampshire – Andover and Stockbridge
Salary: 27000 to 30000 – £27-£30K + bonus – depending on experience. Plus great benefits package including: Free parking in central Andover, Private health cover, mobile phone, vehicle protection
You as care manager will be responsible for managing a home service based in the Andover area You will manage all care staff and office staff providing the service ensuring high standards of care is given to clients in their own home You will effectively increase the business within the area and also manage existing relationships.
You will have been in a similar role previous or be ready to take the next step as a care manager but experience is preferable and have all care qualifications and good knowledge of CQC with an unblemished background.
You will hold a care qualification NVQ Level 4 in Care or above and RMA or similar you must have the experience of a branch manager care manager and run a similar type of home care service you must have a clean DBS and hold full UK driving licence.
