We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to manage a large superior home for the elderly in Colchester.
This role for a Registered Manager is a challenging but rewarding position where you will manage and provide guidance to all staff working within the service.
You will work at both a strategic and operational level and enjoy the challenge of responding to the needs of a growing organisation
As the Registered Manager you will manage the full operations of the service including:
-Taking Overall responsibility for the operational running of the home.
-Ensuring the safeguarding of residents and that all systems are in place for reporting incidents
-Ensuring that the service complies with CQC requirements
-Driving sales revenue and occupancy
-End to end recruitment
-Business development, monitoring and evaluation
-Development and training
-Health and Safety and Risk Assessments
You will be an experienced Manager with the following skills / attributes:
-An NVQ Level 4/5 RMA or equivalent in Health and Social Care
-At least 2 year’s registered home manager experience
-A passion for wanting to continually improve the level of service and maintain this.
-Dedicated to the care of the elderly
-Computer literate and able to use Microsoft packages – outlook, word, excel.
