One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently recruiting for an intelligent and well organised HR Administrator at their Leeds office. As a key member of Yorkshire and North East HR team you would assist the Regional HR Manager and HR Advisors in the delivery of a professional, consistent and commercial HR service across the regional offices. Therefore whilst you will be based from the company’s Leeds office there will be some travel.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and confident individual to join one of the UK’s leading firms. Your role would entail providing reliable and efficient support to the Yorkshire and North East HR team focusing on HR administration, co-ordination of recruitment, the provision and analysis of management information and providing a basic HR advice.

Key tasks will include organising the induction and exit schedule for all new starters and leavers, monitoring and maintaining accurate absence and sickness records, as well as assisting with the salary review and trainee exam process. You will also provide support to the regional HR team where necessary.

The ideal candidate for this role would be a recent graduate with a good degree. Experience within a fast-paced HR environment providing a high level of support within a professional office environment would be an advantage, as would an interest in studying for the CPP/CIPD qualification. You must be well organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to deadline, with excellent attention to detail. You will be a strong communicator with good IT skills, in particular Excel, able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
