We’re looking for a HR Administrator with experience of providing care to join our client.

They are a Domiciliary care company with a good CQC rating who provide domiciliary care across Stockport and Buxton.

If you can demonstrate experience of working within a Recruitment or HR advisory capacity then you could be perfect for our client and we’d love to see your CV.
Please note: This is a contract role, planned to last 6 months in total.

Responsibilities:

– The HR and recruitment programs for a domiciliary care company who are based in Stockport
– Answering each employment enquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
– Working with the inhouse recruitment programs
– Maintaining job boards and social media networks
– Ensuring all care givers files are compliant with CQC/HISC standards
– Conducting references, CRB and insurance checks
– Creating and updating all employment records, including NI and PAYE documentation
– Scheduling and conducting applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner
– Dealing with on-call 1 night a week and 1 weekend in 6.
– Attending some care calls to support if an emergency.

Requirements:

– Previous experience of working within a care setting and having attended care calls.
– Some experience of administration and dealing professionally with inbound calls from applicants
– Able to work effectively under pressure and to targets
– Used to working in a busy environment
– You will need to be highly organised
– You will need to be computer literate
– You will be an effective communicator
– A full driving license is essential for this role

The Package:

– Basic salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience (pro-rata’d)
– Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £500 per quarter
– Additional benefits: Pension and 28 days holiday (pro rata)

The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
You will also be the weekend Duty Manager for 1 weekend in 6, for which you will be paid a further £160 and will need to be on call 1 day a week.
