One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently recruiting for an intelligent and well organised HR Administrator in High Wycombe. You would play a key role as part of a recently acquired HR Consultancy business, supporting the delivery of a professional, reliable and commercial HR service as well as coordinating general office administration and documentation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and confident individual to join one of the UK’s leading firms. Your role would focus on two areas; HR administration and system support. You would be tasked with maintaining the client database, ensuring it is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation, preparing and administering HR-related documentation and correspondence, plus assisting with the recruitment process. You would also provide clients with a helpdesk support service, processing and responding to queries regarding the company’s innovative HR software.
The role is ideally suited to a well-educated individual who either wants to expand their HR exposure or develop their existing administrative skills within a busy HR environment. With that in mind an understanding of the confidential nature of HR work and familiarisation of HR policies and procedures would be an advantage, however more important will be a fantastic work ethic, excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to deadline, plus excellent attention to detail. Strong IT skills will also be required, with some experience of web-based software in a commercial environment, ideally HR or Payroll.
With almost 3500 partners and staff across 34 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million, and having recently undergone an exciting rebrand, you would be joining one of the 3 principal mid-market accountancy firms at a particularly interesting time.
