As one of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking for a HR Administrator at our Gatwick office. You would play an important role as part of our South East HR Team, assisting the HR Manager and Advisors in the delivery of a professional, reliable and commercial service across the regional offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and confident recent Graduate to join one of the UK’s leading firms. Your role would focus on HR administration, co-ordination of recruitment, the provision and analysis of management information plus providing basic HR advice. Key tasks will include organising the induction and exit schedule for all new starters and leavers, monitoring and maintaining accurate absence and sickness records, as well as assisting with the salary review and trainee exam process.

The ideal candidate will be looking for an opportunity to begin their career or develop existing administrative skills within a busy HR environment. With that in mind an understanding of the confidential nature of HR work and familiarisation of HR policies and procedures would be an advantage, as will experience with the new starters/leavers process, maternity/paternity leave, changes to contract, changes to salary, bonuses etc. You must be able to demonstrate a fantastic work ethic, excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to deadline, plus excellent attention to detail.

With almost 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million, you would be joining one of the 3 principal mid-market accountancy firms at a particularly exciting time.
