HR Administrator
Based in Manchester

One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently recruiting for an intelligent and well organised HR Administrator at their Manchester office. As a key member of North West HR Team you would assist the Regional HR Manager and HR Advisors in the delivery of a professional, reliable and commercial HR service across the regional offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and confident individual to join one of the UK’s leading firms. Your role would focus on HR administration, co-ordination of recruitment, the provision and analysis of management information plus providing basic HR advice. Key tasks will include organising the induction and exit schedule for all new starters and leavers, monitoring and maintaining accurate absence and sickness records, as well as assisting with the salary review and trainee exam process.

You will be based from the Manchester office however regular travel to the company’s other offices across the region (Chester, Liverpool, Stoke, Preston) will be required.

The role is ideally suited to a degree-educated individual who either wants to expand their HR exposure or develop their existing administrative skills within a busy HR environment. With that in mind an understanding of the confidential nature of HR work and familiarisation of HR policies and procedures would be an advantage, however more important will be a fantastic work ethic, excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to deadline, plus excellent attention to detail. The firm will support ambitious individuals looking to progress their career by studying towards CPP/CIPD qualification.
