We’re looking for an HR Advisor for to work in the London region for one of the UK’s leading and most well-known bakery retailer.
You will be responsible for driving and delivering the HR strategy across the Central and South East London, an area which has 50 shops and employs circa 500 people.
As the HR Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for line managers who are seeking advice, guidance and support on a wide range of employee issues plus policies and procedures. You’ll work closely with the Retail and Area Team, assisting with recruitment, performance management and training issues across the area.
Please note, you’ll be required to frequently travel to different sites across the region so a full driving licence is required.
The ideal candidate for the HR Advisor role will possess relevant HR experience, ideally at Advisor level or above. You will have also previously had ER responsibility in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
You’ll either be CIPD qualified or currently studying towards the full qualification, and you’ll ideally possess experience in a multi-site retail environment.

The role is a 9 month maternity cover contract, in return for which you’ll receive a basic salary of up to £35,000 (pro rata) depending on your level of experience. You’ll also receive a series of excellent benefits during the duration of the contract.
