HR Advisor (Retail) – 9-12 Month Contract
Covering North West London / Hertfordshire
Salary up to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
The UK’s leading and best-known food on the go retailer are currently looking to recruit a passionate and professional Retail HR Advisor on a fixed term 9-12 month contract. You would be tasked with ensuring the People Plan is implemented effectively in order to improve employee engagement and support the growth of the business across North West London and Hertfordshire, an area operating 60 shops and employing circa 500 people.
You will act as the first point of contact for line managers who are seeking advice, guidance and support on a wide range of employee issues plus policies and procedures, as well as assist with performance management activities and attending disciplinary, grievance and capability meetings. You would play an important role promoting a culture of leadership and encouraging teams in line with the company’s values.
CIPD qualified or equivalent (or working towards this) with experience working within a fast-paced HR generalist role, ideally within a multi-site retail / manufacturing environment. We are looking for excellent communication skills, with the confidence to offer sound advice and support to all levels of the business.
