HR and Recruitment Manager – Social Care/Learning Disabilties

Location: Manchester

Salary: £215000 to £24000

The Role:

A Supported living and Domiciliary care provider for adults with learning disabilities are looking for a new in house recruiter to work alongside the directors recruiting a new team throughout enabling the company to have a larger pool of staff for the community based service as well as supported living setting, also providing the company with HR knowledge.

You will have worked within the recruitment sector and have knowlegde within the HR, you will be very business minded and help develop each team bringing the business forward.

Knowledge of the Social Care sector and Learning disabilities would be preferred.

You must have experience in the following:

  • employee relations/industrial relations
  • employment law
  • health and safety
  • payroll and pensions
  • performance and reward
  • recruitment and talent management
  • strategy and organisation development
  • training, learning and development

You will be working for one of Manchesters most up and coming learning disability providers, offering you fantastic salary and bonus structure. This is a full time role offering Monday too Friday, 9-5.
