We’re looking for a talented Regional HR Business Partner to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of a HR generalist capacity.

The Role:
The Regional HR Business Partner role is home-based. Reporting to the Head of People, you will be primarily responsible for providing business and people partner support to a team of Senior Managers.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Acting as a conduit between Line Managers and the people development team, influencing strategy in support of business goals
– Supporting managers in addressing high volumes of carework
– Partnering Line Managers in developing a deep understanding of their business needs
– Promoting and supporting managers in ensuring effective people management including reviewing training levels
– Coaching and upskilling Line Managers
– Improving people management


The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Regional HR Business Partner role will have relevant experience of a HR generalist capacity.

You’ll also need experience of:
– Employee relations
– Translating business strategy into operational activities
– Coaching line mangers to build capability and confidence

In addition, you’ll need the following:
– Natural collaboration skills
– Good business orientation
– A degree in a related field, ideally with a CIPD or mcipd qualification

The ideal person for the role will be the following:
– Highly credible
– Able to travel and be flexible
– Highly resilient with an ability to work with multiple priorities

The Package:
Basic salary: £40,000 – £42,000 per annum
