HR Data Analyst
Based in Crawley
Salary up to £28,000 + Excellent Benefits
One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Data Analyst at their Crawley office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an intelligent and analytical HR professional to play an important role in developing HR data and information across a leading and global business.
Reporting to the National HR Systems Manager, you would be tasked with developing, delivering and maintaining HR Management Information (MI) solutions to support effective planning and decision making. You will be responsible for the integrity of the HR database (HR Pro), and provide management data in a timely fashion.
Key responsibilities will include:
– Producing monthly reports including headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment, training etc
– Ongoing maintenance of HR Pro
– Developing all online HR processes, including online delegation tool, appraisal portal, sickness form
– Co-ordinating the bi-annual salary review process
– Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests, including requests for information for tender proposals
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, as a Data or MI Analyst within a HR function. Together with advanced Excel skills, you will have functional experience in quantitative analysis and reporting, including trend analysis and benchmarking, as well as the ability to interpret data in the context of HR issues.
You will be an intelligent individual, well organised and hard-working, with a flexible and proactive approach plus excellent problem solving skills. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships at many levels.
