We’re looking for a talented Industrial Trainer to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable background in managing and delivering training to QCF systems / standards.

As the Industrial Trainer you’ll report to the Head of HR and will be primarily responsible for running the training function for a large industrial plant, working to qcf systems / standards.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Delivering specific training around both PIO and MME (level 2)
– Internal verification of work carried out by other assessors
– Devising additional assessment of skills and knowledge that doesn’t fall under qcf
– Maintaining qcf accreditation at the site
The ideal person for this Industrial Trainer role will have relevant experience of managing and delivering training to qcf systems / standards.
You’ll also need specific knowledge of PIO and MME areas of study.
Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got a background in training within a factory / industrial setting.
In addition, you’ll need an engineering related qualification and an flt qualification.

Basic salary: circa £40k per annum
