Inside Sales Specification Account Manager (Solar Shading/Fit Out)

c. £30k plus commission, OTE £50k
I am looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specification Account Manager to join an established solar shading and blind organisation for the fit out and refurbishment sector based in London.
As an Inside Sales Specification Account Manager you will sell primarily on the telephone to the interiors industry, using a consultative relationship based pro-active approach.
You will speak to architects, quantity surveyors, estimators ,project managers and contractors on a daily basis.
You will be located in London in a newly refurbished office with excellent facilities.
This is a solutions led sales role which will involve using your Knowledge of ABI tender documentation with product training offered to the successful candidate.
Working alongside specialist estimators, surveyors, project managers and operations teams there is a huge resource in the company, and a positive working environment to ensure you have every opportunity to be successful.
You will use a sophisticated and extensive database to exploit and develop sales and new business.
The role will involve relationship building and written correspondence to provide solutions for the project sales division.
The role would be ideal for an experienced Inside Sales Specification Account Manager or Sales Person preferably from within the fit out or refurbishment industry with experience of solar shading or blinds preferred.
Candidates from a similar office internal refurb background will also be considered.
Sales candidates from relevant solar shading/fit out trades backgrounds or commercial mechanical or electrical fit out construction backgrounds are ideal.
The successful candidate will be articulate and a team player with knowledge of the construction ,fit out and specification sector.
A proven track record of specification sales and key account management across many sectors of the construction industry that purchase solar shading would be ideal.
The ideal person will be numerate, articulate, intelligent and a sales achiever with good account management and a motivation to succeed.
Established over 20 years ago the company work throughout the South East and most of the UK, serving many of the biggest and most prestigious companies in the country. They work with facilities managers, contractors and refurbishment companies installing, maintaining, cleaning, replacing and repairing blinds of all types. They work directly with in-house facilities managers; with contractors who may provide services to a wide range of businesses and Fit out companies involved with the refurbishment of office accommodation; and the public sector. They support clients with a dedicated Operations Centre and a professional surveying team.
