This established Aluminium and PVC-U Windows and curtain walling Manufacturer/Installation organisation seeks a Contract Installation Manager to run and supervise sites.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be running and supervising various different sites on a week to week basis ensuring products are installed correctly, safely and to program.
Projects will range between a small two day £10,000 value job up to a £1,000,000 contract over several months involving windows doors and or curtain walling.
The installation manager will also manage any detail issues on site. They would answer to the Contracts Manager and may have several sites running at once, the day to day management would be down to site supervisors/installers who would answer to this position.
Based from the office in Portsmouth, projects will be in the South East and in and around London.
The successful candidate will have experience as an Installation Manager– ideally from the commercial windows or curtain walling sector although consideration will be given to those from a fabricators with aluminium experience.
You must have management experience in an Installation Manager, Contracts Manager or Site Manager role.
It is vital that you understand and have knowledge of curtain walling systems and aluminium windows. You may also have knowledge of buildings and Rain screens.
They are a privately owned windows and curtain walling manufacturer who manufacture and install for the commercial market. Their sectors include health, military and large commercial sites for construction projects up to £1000,000 in value in the South of England.
