Interim Home Manager Required Immediate Start

We currently have a opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to manage a home for the elderly on an initial 3 month basis with immediate start.

The Role:
This role for a Registered Manager is a challenging but rewarding position where you will manage and provide guidance to all staff working within the service.

As the Manager you will manage the full operations of the service including:
-Taking Overall responsibility for the operational running of the home.
-Staff Management
-Ensuring the safeguarding of residents and that all systems are in place for reporting incidents
-Ensuring that the service complies with CQC requirements
-Health and Safety and Risk Assessments

The Person:
You will be an experienced Manager with the following skills / attributes:
-An NVQ Level 4/5 RMA or equivalent in Health and Social Care
-At least 2 year’s registered home manager experience
-Crisis Management and experience an advantage
-Dedicated to the care of the elderly
-Must have a live DBS
-Computer literate and able to use Microsoft packages – outlook, word, excel.
