Internal Communications Consultant (Transformation & Change)
South Coast Based
Large blue chip; 10,000+ employees globally
Fixed Term, 12 months (could be extended)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an internal communications consultant to lead the communication agenda for two major mergers and acquisitions projects due to commence later this year.
You will be working for a large blue chip company based on the South Coast looking for someone to join for approximately 12 months to create, plan and implement the projects’ communication strategies.
This is a pivotal role within a complex business change environment, where your substantial experience of providing change and communications support at a senior level within a major organisation will be crucial. Mergers and acquisitions experience is also essential.
You will also be a strong communications writer, able to both develop and execute the appropriate communication strategies for each project.
This is a creative role, where you will bring innovative ideas and use your experience to translate complex business change strategies into informed, integrated and polished communications.
Your communications strategy will need to reach a diverse workforce who are geographically spread so to be considered for this role, you will also need to demonstrate your ability to influence and build relationships across different departments and cultures as these projects have an international element.
