Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Suffolk who design and manufacture sensors to the construction and engineering industries across the globe are now looking for two Internal Sales Account Managers to join their successful team.

The Role:

We are looking for two Internal Sales Account Manager to take incoming calls from existing clients with a view to sell the company’s range of sensors to predominately the construction and engineering market. You will need to focus your efforts and use your sales skills on the right enquiries to maximise results. You will be the point of contact for your client base so building and developing relationships is key whist making sure a high level of service is received.

You will also be developing the sales pipeline to achieve maximum secured orders for the company. This will involve identifying suitable enquiries and applying your sales skills to secure the order.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate for the Internal Sales Account Manager role will:

  • Have 1 year minimum telephone based account management or sales experience
  • Be able to demonstrate a great work ethic and a desire to want to progress
  • Be educated to A-level standard in either Physics or Maths preferred not essential
  • Be able to work under pressure – hit targets and deadlines “with a smile.”
  • Be self-motivated, Proactive, plans ahead and shows initiative

Based in Bury St Edmonds in Suffolk, the company have been established since 1988 and turn-over £3.6m as a company and £13m as a group so they have exceptional financial backing. The company have great growth plans for 2016 so this is a great time to join the business.

The Package:

The basic salary for the Internal Sales Account Manager role is up to £27,000. In addition the company offer £32,000 OTE, 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) Full training and on-going support. Hours of work are 9am – 5.30pm.
