Internal Sales Person – Industrial Automation & Controls
£22-£27k, Bonus and benefits
A well-established industrial automation and control solutions provider is expanding their sales team in the Kent area and are looking for an internal sales person who has a genuine desire be trained and developed into a specialist within the industry.
You will be the point of contact for both customers and the external sales team, to provide support and technical information where needed.
This role involves technical and commercial review of enquiries, quotations, and managing the process through to the placement of an order.
You will assist the sales team in selling a wide variety of automation products to end-users, OEM’s and panel builders within various industrial sectors throughout the UK. You will be responsible for selection of a complete range of products.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, involving a technically engineered product and understands the sales process from enquiry to completion.
You will need to be proactive, self-disciplined, technically minded, good communicator, have the ability to work alone and in a team and want to learn and develop continuously.
An electrically biased qualification which is related to the industry, as well as experience of selling industrial automation products, would be desirable (but not essential).
