Internal Sales Engineer
£20- 30k + Commission
Due to expansion, a well-established client of ours that specialises in the installation, service, repair, overhaul and upgrading of HVAC systems is looking for Internal Sales Engineer to help nurture key accounts and drive new business sales.
The Internal Sales Engineer will be office based and reporting to the Engineering Services Manager, working as an integral part of the technical service sales team.
You will be the main point of contact for both customers and the external sales team and provide support and technical information where needed.
This role i=includes providing technical and commercial review of enquiries, quotations, product selection, managing stock levels and ordering replacement stock.
You will assist the team in selling a wide variety of electric motor engineered products and services to customers within the oil and gas, water, agriculture, food and beverage industries.
The successful Internal Sales candidate must be degree qualified and will ideally have previous sales experience, involving a technically engineered product or service and understand the sales process from enquiry to completion.
You will need to be proactive, self-disciplined and technically minded with good communication skills and have the ability to work alone and in a team.
An electrical or mechanical biased qualification which is related to the industry, as well as experience of selling hvac, motion systems or fluid control products, would be desirable (but not essential).
