Internal Sales Executive
Based in Colchester
Salary circa £25,000 + benefits including uncapped commission

A successful and well-established supplier of educational supplies is currently looking to recruit confident and ambitious Sales Executives at their Colchester HQ. With an attractive basic salary plus benefits including monthly and quarterly bonuses on offer, you would be joining a stable, family run, and cash rich business, well placed to handle the current economic conditions and ready to move quickly once their market starts moving again in the coming months.

In the meantime they are happy to hold interviews remotely, and even remote induct and train if necessary. The Role
You will be responsible for winning new business as well as maintaining and growing existing business through intelligent and tenacious phone activity, playing a key role in the company’s growth. Working to realistic activity and revenue KPIs you will be expected to promote the company’s product range to schools and colleges, establishing rapport and generating interest. Initially you will be office-based but in time and once you have demonstrated success in the role you will have the opportunity to combine this with face to face customer visits.

The Candidate
o A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs in previous phone-based sales role
o Resilient, skilled in generating new business, closing sales and developing long standing relationships
o A strategic and commercial approach to your work
o Excellent influencing, negotiating and listening skills are essential
o A problem solver, able to find solutions to commercial questions and articulate them effectively.
