Due to growth, my client is seeking a Internal Sales Executive to work from their office in South Derbyshire and take responsibility for all their sales related enquiries as well as proactively chasing warm sales leads through outgoing calls.
We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to take responsibility for all sales related enquiries over the phone and email.
In the role, the Internal Sales Consultant will be speaking to and gathering information from Builders Merchants, Builders and direct customers being a split of 50% internal enquiries and 50% proactively chasing leads through outbound calls. Your main focus will be to win business from enquiries made whilst also arranging for the external team to visit your clients.
The successful candidate for the Internal Sales Executive role will:
- Have a minimum of one years’ experience in business to business sales
- Be an excellent communicator verbally and written
- Have tenacity and a “can do” attitude
- Having a background in Construction sales would be a benefit but not essential
This role may be suitable for you if you have a background in any of the following: Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Customer Service Executive, Construction Sales.

The basic salary for the Internal Sales Executive role is up to £22,000.
