Due to expansion, our client is looking for an International Sales Manager to promote wedding and party supplies into distributors across an international market.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic International Sales Manager to sell wedding and party supplies to distributors / wholesalers.
Based from their friendly office in High Wycombe, the International Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and generating all new business. You will be expected to produce 100% new business initially and once clients have been established, maintain the existing business also. You will be expected to continually endorse the company’s fantastic reputation.
This role will predominantly be office based however you will be required to work travel internationally on occasions and also attend trade shows.
The perfect candidate for International Sales Manager position will have the following qualities and experience:
- The ability to demonstrate a successful track record within the Gift/ Party/ Wedding / Novelty industry.
- Experience of selling into businesses overseas.
- A self-starter with B2B experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding target’s and KPI’s.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will be competitive, organised and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every client you are dealing with.
Based in High Wycombe, the company has been established for nearly 10 years supplying Wedding and party supplies into Distributors across Europe! They are now expanding internationally and are expected to increase their turnover dramatically within the next 3 years.
The basic salary for the International Sales Manager is within a range of £35,000 – £40,000 dependant on experience, plus an OTE of £50,000+ per year.
