This is a unique opportunity for an experienced IT Business Analyst with Agile as well as process experience to join a highly innovative and growing financial services company to help support their ambitious growth plans.

We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst, ideally from the financial services or insurance sector with experience of managing software development as well as process/change projects within an Agile environment.

The Role

The Business Analyst is a wide ranging role; providing strategic business analysis to the business teams, leading small to mid-size projects and assisting others/project managers/scrum masters on larger more complex projects.

The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units, to gain in-depth understanding of the business strategy, processes, services, road map and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges.

The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks as well as identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

Key Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced business analyst, ideally from the financial services or insurance sector that has focused on processes and solutions both business and IT related.

You will have experience of working on both small and medium projects in an Agile environment.

You will be highly proficient in capturing and prioritising requirements and will have have the ability to analyse information such as transactions, and customer behaviour, to help identify opportunities and make recommendations.

We would expect you to have previous experience analysing customer journey processes and improvements, e.g. customer portals, digitisation, mobile applications, etc. as well as experience of Scrum Agile Development.

We envisage the role being two days per week in the office and three days from home when restrictions are lifted.
Until the role will be working from home.
