Position: IT Project Manager – Revenue Management System
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000
Benefits: Pension and Bonus 10%
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in the implementation of Revenue Management Systems (RMS) to join a major FTSE 250 company based in Birmingham, close to New Street Station.
You will manage the IT work stream for the largest project in their current portfolio this year. This is a £2.5 million implementation of a new Revenue Management System (RMS). Previous experience in this field will be a huge benefit.
This is a critical role for the company as you will be managing the largest project for this year.
You will work closely with the programme manager on the implementation of JDA’s Revenue Management Software with a follow up pricing project scheduled for the end of next year.
You will work closely with third party suppliers who will be heavily involved in the pre-work on their
e-commerce website as well as the integration of the RMS system.
Key Experience Required
You will have a strong background within Project Management with first-hand experience of working on
The implementation of a large scale RMS.
You will be experienced in managing full lifecycle projects coupled with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills as well as have the experience of working with and managing third party resources.
The company is moving towards an Agile environment so any exposure to Agile would be welcomed.
We would ideally be expecting a Project Management qualification either in Prince 2 or PMP.
