An excellent opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join a highly successful Law Firm within the Norwich area. The position is a permanent role, reporting in to the IT Support Manager.
Your main responsibility will be to provide technical support to colleagues across the business, on-site in Norwich and other locations including Birmingham, Cambridge, London and Manchester.

My client is an international company and you will be part of a nationwide team dedicated to supporting IT needs of their staff in the UK.
You will be based in the Norwich office and will support hardware and software across the business, this will include maintenance and testing of hardware and applications. You will carry out monitoring and log and report tasks, taking action on a range of technical issues and escalating where necessary.
You will help support the company’s considerable infrastructure that includes, PC’s, servers, data networks, internet connections and telephone systems. As well as hardware you will also support applications and operating systems including Microsoft Office, Practice Management System, CRM, M&R Desktop and MI Systems.
You will also be experienced with Active Directory, configuring directories and user distribution lists.
You will have at least one to two years’ experience of working in an IT Helpdesk environment, hopefully within a ‘professional services’ industry.
You will have good working knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating systems as well as experience of directories and user lists using Active Directory. Equally, you will have experience of help supporting PC hardware and peripherals such as scanners and printers.
Although not essential, it would be considered advantageous if you have had experience of working in an IT capacity for a solicitor’s. You will be a clear and confident communicator (written and oral), able to communicate with staff at all levels including solicitors.
You will have a professional manner and be keen to develop yourself as the company offers the opportunity to expand your IT career.
You will already be working as an IT Support Analyst, 2nd Line IT Support Analyst or 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst.
The role is based in the centre of Norwich and is commutable from locations such as, Poringland, Hethersett, Costessey, Taverham, Blofield and Cringleford.
