Joinery Foreman (Timber Windows)
c. £25,000 plus bonus OTE £30k

As a result of recent expansion, an established joinery company seeks to recruit a Joinery Foreman to manage projects across Teesside and Tyneside.

The Role
Your role as a Joinery Foreman sees you tasked with looking after 2 teams of joiners and fitters, with responsibility for ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget.

You will find the role has aspects that require you to be very ’hands on’ and be responsible for each joiner on site and the associated fitters.

The projects will be installing finished manufactured high performance timber windows and doors in residential and commercial properties that are mainly occupied. The projects will not include UPVC windows.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience in a joinery management role – ideally from within the timber construction windows and doors sector although consideration will be given to those from other areas of the joinery manufacturing and construction market including occupied properties.

You must be a time served carpenter or joiner with a CSCS card and clean driving license.

The Company
Established for over 30 years they manufacture and install a wide range of timber home improvement products in the North of England in properties. They have a manufacturing facility and renovation division with highly skilled craftsmen and fully trained surveying teams.

If you meet at least the minimum criteria and are a looking for a role that provides a high degree of autonomy and responsibility yet still gives you a ‘team’ feel then I would encourage you to apply.
