Due to expansion, our client a lender of Asset Finance seek a Junior Sales Consultant to sell their Asset Finance services to brokers across the East Midlands and North East region

The Role:
The Junior Sales Consultants role is field-based. Reporting to the Sales Director and covering the North East region – from Nottingham to Northumberland, you will be primarily responsible for growing the region in terms of asset finance clients, lending £200k to £300k a month.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

  • Forging relationships with a number of finance brokers and sell them the benefits of putting the assets through your company’s finances
  • Dealing and negotiating complex financial agreements – usually 12% to 15% interest applied
  • Understanding the depreciation of the assets being acquired

    The Candidate:
    The ideal candidate for this Junior Sales Consultants role will have relevant experience of asset finance sales.

    You’ll also need experience of selling into intermediaries and brokers and industrial assets.

    The ideal person for the role will be the following:

  • Highly communicative
  • A great organiser
  • Someone with excellent credit knowledge

    Basic salary: £25,000 to £28,000 – this will be reviewed and potentially increased 3 times in the 1st year
    OTE: £45k to £50k
