One of the UK’s largest and foremost law firms is currently looking to recruit a skilled and highly organised Learning & Development Coordinator.

The Role
You would play a key administrative support role as part of a team of Organisational Development professionals, key tasks and responsibilities to include…
– Providing project support through scheduling and organisation of internal learning events including room bookings, invite distribution, tracking attendance and collating feedback
– Responding to queries via the Organisational Development inbox
– Managing the Organisational Development Helpdesk phone line
– Engaging with external speakers and learning providers to make all the required arrangements for events
– Producing communications advertising the Organisational Development activity
– Working with the team to map and make recommendations in process improvement

The Candidate
The L&D Coordinator role will suit an adaptable, reliable and self-motived individual looking for an opportunity to play an important role within a fast-paced corporate environment. You must have…
– Experience providing support with a HR / learning & development / training environment
– Ability to create basic digital learning content and knowledge of core L&D practises would be an advantage
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
– The ability to manage your time and workload efficiently and effectively
– Confident, builds rapport with peers internally and externally
– Strong IT skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc, plus good typing skills

This is a remote role with applications from across the UK considered, however regular travel to the company’s Manchester, Sheffield and/or London office will be required.

The job will be suitable for individuals who have experience with the following roles: HR Administrator, L&D Administrator, Training Coordinator, Administration Assistant.

The Package
Salary: £22,000 – £23,000 dependent on experience.
