Learning Disability Service Manager
Community Based Provision
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000
We are currently looking an experience service manager to take over a new provision that cares of vulnerable individuals with Learning Disabilities based in community
Within this role you will lead a team of people dedicated to improving the lives of the people who use the service. You will also be a good business manager who is able to maintain a profitable service through monitoring cost control. Within this role you will attract new business into the service via existing contracts and clients with individual budgets. Along with these duties, you will manage a varied and growing team of staff so that they consistently deliver outstanding care and support to the people using the service.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with people with learning disabilities and other health needs coupled with a proven background in leading a team that delivers a similar care and support service. An understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements is a pre-requisite, as is experience of budget management. You should also have experience of dealing with the development and growth of a similar service.
An independent provider of support for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health illness as well as older people.
