Our client, still seen as an independent lettings/estate agency is looking to further compliment their team with a Lettings Negotiator
Unlike many lettings/estate agents and employ their staff to provide both services from one location in turn offering their Landlords and Tenants a personal service and a one stop shop
The Lettings Negotiator
You must have the ability to build rapport and trust with landlords and tenants alike whilst delivering first class customer service.
You will also look after the Tenants and deal with any issues that they may have within their property and relaying this back to the Landlord to ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner. The Lettings Negotiator will assist in viewings, negotiating rental rates and also support the office administration processes to ensure all records are up to date. Ideally, the Lettings Negotiator will have at least 12 months experience within Lettings Negotiation or Lettings Management however if you have a stable background in another service driven role and a keen interest in property then you will still be considered.
