We are seeking an experienced Locality/Service Manager for a Learning Disability service in Luton.

The client is a leading national organisation that provides support to people with a range of needs, including adults with Learning Disabilities. They provide a range of services, including residential homes, supported living and day centres.
The Role
As a Locality Manager you will lead and manage a staff team, inspiring them to create a homely atmosphere to support he needs of the adults with a range of complex needs. This includes peg feed, moving and handling and dealing with sensory impairment..
You will hold responsibility for the operational and financial control of the service working to budget and profit and loss accounts. You will be involved in the pro-active and creative behaviour management planning, along with recruiting, induction, and supervision of the staff team.
Candidate
You will hold and NVQ 3 in health and social care and have working knowledge of adults with learning disabilities. Experience of coaching and mentoring staff would also be advantageous and you must be a driver with a full license.
