Field-based, covering the UK
Salary: £35,000 – £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

One of the UK’s leading professional services companies is currently looking to recruit accomplished Management Consultants. With over 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over £350 million, you would be joining one of the 3 principal mid-market accountancy firms at a particularly exciting time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within one of the UK’s leading firms. The company advise hundreds of commercial and public sector organisations across the UK, providing strategic consultative solutions for improved performance and business turnaround. As an experienced Consultant you would play an important part in delivering client assignments; diagnosing performance issues and designing solutions in complex environments and ensuring clients’ expectations are consistently exceeded.

You will be expected to utilise proven tools and methodologies to diagnose performance issues and will design robust solutions that lead to real performance improvement. Solutions must be bespoke and take into account the culture of the organisation. You would be tasked with delivering solutions, and facilitating all projects through to successful completion. You would also contribute to business development, delivering your personal sales target though identifying opportunities within the current client base, winning new business, as well as supporting bids and preparing tender presentations.

The ideal candidate for the role will be degree educated and will be an experienced Managing Consultant / Business Analyst. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing a range of performance improvement / organisational development solutions within a broad range of clients. It is essential that you have acted on a consultative basis, offering recommendations and solutions to both the public and private sector.

You will have experience building and managing effective relationships at all levels, and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. You will be a flexible and proactive individual with strong project management and delivery skills, plus the ability perform consistently at a high level and under pressure.

Regular travel across the UK will form part of your remit, so a full UK driving licence and car will be required.
