One of the UK’s leading professional services companies is currently looking to recruit a high calibre Management Consultant within their Consulting division. The company are planning for significant growth of the Consulting services offered to clients across the corporate and public sector markets, and you would be tasked with working on a range of operational improvement projects across various corporate sectors.
You would undertake a range of tasks including project management, process design, identifying process waste and inefficiencies, workshop facilitation, process mapping and controls design, at all levels and for various internal processes and systems, in order to meet clients’ needs and expectations.
Regular national travel and possibly international travel will form a large part of your role.
The ideal candidate for the role will be degree educated and will be an experienced Managing Consultant / Business Analyst. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing a range of operational improvement / organisational development solutions within a broad range of clients. It is essential that you have acted on a consultative basis, offering recommendations and solutions to clients within some of the following sectors; Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Transport, Pharmaceutical, Retail.
You will be will have experience building and managing effective relationships at all levels, and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. You will be a flexible and proactive individual with strong project management and delivery skills, plus the ability perform consistently at a high level and under pressure.
