Domiciliary Branch Manager

£30,000 – £32,000 + bonus + pension and other attractive benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Domiciliary Manager to develop a new branch for an expanding organisation. They have progressive expansion plans over the next twelve months and this is an exciting time to be joining them.
As this is a new branch start up, your main responsibilities will be all:
– Recruiting and training the office and field based staff
– Business development and relationship building
– Ensuring a quality service is provided and maintained
– Carrying out risk assessments and reviewing care packages
– Taking a lead on CQC inspections and conducting quality audits.
As the Branch Manager you will have experience within the care sector at senior level. You will genuinely enjoy leading teams and building a reputation for delivering high quality services in line with legislation and CQC standards. Experience of managing different forms of dementia is preferable although training will be provided.
You must be a driver and have access to your own vehicle.
Ideally you will hold QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People services or an NVQ 4 / RMA. For those that show a willingness to work towards this, full training will can be provided.
