We’re looking for a talented Manager to work for our client who are a specialist domiciliary care service..
They want to recruit someone with a real passion for sales and now keen to work within the Health and Social Care sector

The Role:
Reporting to the Director and based in the company’s Bedford office, as the Sales Manager you will be primarily responsible for developing a new domiciliary care service across the Bedford area.
You’ll also be tasked with the following:
– Helping to get the service registered
– Gaining new clients and increasing the hours of care
– Promoting the service and carrying out marketing
– Recruiting new carers and ensuring they are compliant and up to date with training
– Managing the rota’s, conducting and updating care plans

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager role will have relevant experience of managing a domiciliary care service.
You’ll also need experience of:
– Starting up a new business
– Recruiting and managing staff effectively
– Promoting services effectively through marketing and presenting

You will also need to be the following:
– An effective communicator
– Highly organised
– Able to lead from the front
