Marketing Administrator
Based in Manchester

One of the most progressive and entrepreneurial professional services firms in the UK today is currently recruiting for a Marketing Administrator at their Manchester office. Your role would entail providing marketing and business development, as well as general administration, support within the company’s Restructuring & Recovery department, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.

Working closely with the National Business Development Manager you would provide marketing assistance to support the growth of the R&R department. Key responsibilities will include…
– Assisting in the management of local events and seminars
– Organising client documents, distributing mailshots/e-shots, and producing documents
– Designing marketing material
– Administering the CRM system, including monthly data cleansing
– PA support to the Restructuring and Recovery team, arranging meetings, travel and accommodation, typing meeting notes, photocopying, scanning and filing documents, as well as dealing with incoming calls

The ideal candidate for the role will be an ambitious recent Graduate or school-leaver looking for an opportunity to put their knowledge and skills to use within a fast-paced corporate environment. A good understanding of the full marketing mix, plus event and database management experience, would be an advantage, as will strong IT skills.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent client awareness and service including good telephone skills, be able to use your own initiative to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner, able to work cooperatively as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail as well as being results focused and possess good typing and word processing skills.
