As one of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking to recruit a highly accomplished and commercially astute Marketing & Business Development Manager. Working with Partners and Directors and supporting the London offices, you would be responsible for generating fees from existing and new clients through the development and delivery of strategic marketing and business development plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an influential Marketing professional to make an impact within our business. You would be tasked with developing, implementing and monitoring business development activity across London, coordinating all marketing and business development activity in liaison with Regional Marketing team and Partners. You would be expected to ensure all business objectives and targets are delivered and new clients of the right quality acquired. You will be expected to undertake research and keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, and drive a business development culture through the delivery of all client and targeting programmes.

The ideal candidate will have senior marketing and business development experience within a professional services environment. Significant experience developing and executing marketing and business development plans is required, while CIM qualification would also be preferred. A demonstrable track-record in targeting new business and proposal project management is required as is a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of the business development process.

You will be a confident and driven individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional organisational and project management skills. You will combine a flexible approach with the ability to prioritise accordingly, and must be able to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

With almost 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million, and having recently undergone a rebrand, you would be joining us at a particularly interesting exciting time.
