The UK’s largest provider of work-based learning programmes is currently looking to hire an influential and results-focused Marketing Manager.

If you have a passion for marketing and can demonstrate strategic flair, with a proven track record of planning, creating and executing online and offline campaigns, ideally having worked within the education, training or skills arena, then we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time permanent role offering a salary up to £42,000, with benefits including private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection scheme, plus various health and wellbeing initiatives. Location is flexible with hybrid working, however you will ideally be commutable distance from one of the organisation’s office hubs in London, Wakefield, Brighton, Burntwood or Warrington.

The Role
As Marketing Manager you would focus on Strategy and Campaigns, using your commercial acumen and campaign expertise to create impactful marketing programmes that deliver growth and retention across the organisation.

Strategy – You would work with key stakeholders across various business functions to establish and agree on marketing strategy and objectives, ensuring market position accurately and consistently delivered to target segments. Strategic work will also include creating customer journeys, segmentation, personas and messaging.

Campaigns – You would be tasked with creating and implementing measurable campaigns using channels including webinars, email, web, and digital marketing, establishing campaign metrics and KPIs and monitoring results to ensure success.

The role will provide opportunities to progress within Marketing and more widely across the organisation. Expertise in project management, reporting and dealing with stakeholders will support progression into a Senior Marketing Manager role within Marketing or across to Commercial Planning. Project management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills developed will allow for potential movement up to management roles.

The Candidate
You’ll be a data-driven, analytical and self-reliant marketing professional with significant experience creating and implementing integrated B2B marketing strategy and campaigns and a thorough understanding of marketing principles, processes and effective budget management.

You must have…
– Excellent knowledge of a wide range of marketing channels and analytics tools
– Experience of delivering great customer experiences across multiple touchpoints
– Ability to develop customer segmentation and work within a brand architecture
– Worked cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams, able to confidently present analysis and insights
