The Role of Marketing Manager
My client is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to manage and develop their marketing plan and strategy. The Marketing Manager will work closely with my clients 3rd party agency to ensure delivery of each project across the business and will develop strong campaigns to support the sales team. The Marketing Manager will develop new ideas and present these to the management team for approval. This role will very much be led by the Marketing Manager to develop and build a Marketing Department. Key concentrated areas:-
- Database management
- Co-ordinating events
- Social media
- Delivering proposals for the sales team
- Mentor/manage marketing assistant
- Working closely with 3rd party agency
The successful candidate for the Marketing Manager role will have at least three years’ experience working within a marketing department where you have led from the front and built a strong brand. A good understanding of all digital platforms, including social media, you will be dynamic, extremely creative and have experience of working in a very fast paced environment. Good visual and creative skills are required along with verbal and written skills.
As this is a brand new role during very exciting times for my client, the successful Marketing Manager will be given every opportunity to build a Marketing Department.
