You will be primarily responsible for the detailed design of multiple servo driven axes (robots mainly) for the aerospace market.
Based in the company’s Farnborough office, you’ll report to the Engineering Design Manager and will be specifically tasked with designing, producing the relevant documentation and overseeing the install.
In addition you’ll be tasked with being a key part of the customer facing project team.
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got a background in designing dynamic moving parts.
They’ll also need you to have experience of working with multiple servo driven axes and producing the parts lists, GA drawings etc.
In addition, you’ll need a detailed working knowledge of solid works and are able to travel overseas from time to time.

What can I earn?
This Mechanical Design Engineer position offers an attractive basic salary of circa £50,000 per annum
