The Job
Our Client is looking for a full time experienced Project Surveyor to prepare M&E quotations (Gas/AC/Electric) and project manage to completion small projects, minor and quoted works, using either scheduled rates or hours and materials
The Person
The successful person must have demonstrable M&E experience in preparing quotations and project management.
- Have a good understanding of cost and value.
- They must be able to build good relationships with clients, engineers and sub-contractors.
- Achieve the highest standards of customer service and be able to work to deadlines.
- Previous experience within maintenance is essential.
