National Sales Manager
c£60K + Commission (OTE £100k), Car Allowance + Benefits.
The National Sales Manager will drive revenue through new customer acquisition. You will nurture and develop relationships with potential customers and deliver business targets (revenue, new license, customer acquisition, add-on sales, etc.) into the Facilities Management sector
Responsible for sourcing and developing customer relationships and progressing leads generated by the company’s marketing and sales department
Ability to assess a potential client’s interest and need for software
Manage the whole sales process from initial enquiry right through to closing the sale
Leverage strong solution sales and negotiation skills and display competency in persuading potential customers to purchase new licensing and services
Deliver effective sales presentations onsite and online
Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations on-site and online to customers
Maintain sales and prospecting activities within the company’s CRM system ensuring accurate forecasts and pipeline for all accounts
Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, trends, and market knowledge
Continued product education to better service clients
Consistently meet and/or exceed your sales goals
To be considered, you MUST have proven software sales experience into the FM Market. Ideally you will be a new business hunter and highly active with a track record of generating revenue and exceeding sales targets with your previous employers. The key to success in this challenging role is to be motivated and target driven!
The National Sales Manager must have solid consultative sales experience and be very solution focussed as the company offer a comprehensive range of services
