An exciting opportunity has presented itself to join my client as a polished National Sales Manager to introduce their full range of voice productivity solutions, software, hardware, services and support into their already established Legal client base and introducing new Legal clients to their range of offerings.
Due to continued success and the addition of further offerings to my clients’ portfolio of products, they require an experienced National Sales Manager who can nurture their existing Legal client base and introduce them to the full offerings with a view to up selling their range and maximising on profitability.
Whilst you will be expected to introduce new clients to the business, this role is predominantly Account Management of an already established client base. This role is not for the light-hearted, the working environment is very much work hard and reap the rewards whilst always maintaining a professional outlook to your role.
There will be a requirement for long distance travel and overnight stays so you must be comfortable with a National Sales Manager role that will take you away from home. You will be responsible for the performance, development and success of 3 direct line reports within Sales and Account Management as well as coaching and mentoring them.
As this is a new role and my client is growing year on year, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and move into more senior roles as and when they are identified.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, come from some form of Legal background, have experience of being a National Sales Manager, have the energy and drive to push sales forward and upsell at every opportunity whilst always representing my client in a professional manner.
c£50,000 realistic OTE £100,000 (uncapped)
