New Business Development Manager
London or Home-Based

A digital communications agency is currently looking to recruit a well-spoken, credible and confident Business Development Manager. Based at either the company’s London office or working from home, this is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished New Business professional to join a progressive, visionary and award winning business.
Proactively researching and identifying prospects and finding smart ways to connect with them
Following up on leads, building relationships and booking appointments
Meeting prospects, understanding problems and responding to their challenges
Writing detailed proposals responding to client needs
Negotiating and closing deals
Managing your own sales pipeline and achieving sales targets
Credibly and clearly explain the capabilities of a new era communications agency
Degree educated with a demonstrable track record of success in a similar role, you will be a master of initiating engagement with prospects over the phone, chasing leads and networking, and although writing proposals and reports are a key part of the role you will live for the pitch and the close.
The role will suit a well presented, organised and self-aware individual with a mature and consultative approach to developing new business with excellent commercial awareness. Experience and a good understanding of working in a similar digital marketing and communications agency is essential.
